Introduction
Orchard Administration Limited (Orchard) have been handling our claims since 2014. There is an online claims portal to make managing your claim easier than ever before. This portal is available to you 24/7 and allows you the flexibility of uploading your documents and messaging our claim handlers at a time that is convenient to you.
Orchard will try to ensure that your claim is handled by the same claim handler for your ease. There is a communications solution built into the online portal so that all correspondence is secure. Not only this, the system will gently remind you if the claim is awaiting your action and will automatically translate correspondence between you and your dedicated claims handler so that you can communicate in the language of your choice.
To make a claim, please login to our online portal, Customer Portal. Once you have logged in, you will need to select the policy you wish to claim against and click on the ‘Make A Claim’ button.
You will be required to complete the online claims form, upload supporting documentation and respond to our claim handlers requests for any additional information if required. The typical documentation required for any excess reimbursement claims can be found within our policy wording.
How to contact our Claim Handlers?
Whilst you will receive a response regardless of how you contact our claim handlers, the most efficient way of corresponding with your claims handler is via the claims blog. Not only will this allow you to communicate in any language, but you will receive a response to your query upon assessment of your claim. This is particularly useful where you are uploading documentation or providing further information.
Your claim, or your question, is automatically allocated to one of our claim handlers who will respond to you within 2-4 working days. We understand that your claim is important to you.
