Riverside Insurance Agency Malta Limited is enrolled under the Insurance Distribution Act, Cap 487 to act as an Insurance Agent for Fortegra Europe Insurance Company SE and is authorised by the MFSA under the Insurance Business Act, Cap 403 of the Laws of Malta.

Riverside Insurance Agency Malta Limited has also been passported to write business in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.

• Complaints Log - looking at sales and claims to identify systemic issues
• Product Review Meetings - to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers who purchase our products.
• Compliance Meetings - making sure that we are meeting the requirements of our licence.
• Staff Training - keeping our staff up to date and trained on the products we sell.
• We have appointed an external Compliance Officer and are Audited annually.
