We are a privately owned insurance intermediary which started business on the 4th of August 2007 in the UK. We have built our business with customers at the centre of everything we do, whether that be providing an in-house call centre, product development, building our own software and claim handling.
Following Brexit on the 1st of February 2021, we transferred our EU business to our new Malta office where we support customers across the EU and further afield providing the same high quality of service regardless of where the customer is located. Riverside Malta Insurance Agency Limited (RIAML) is the co-manufacture of the products with our insurance provider. This means that we bring our wide experience in providing vehicle rental excess insurance.
Our website questor-insurance.ie was created to bring our expertise in vehicle rental excess to the Irish market in a dedicated site that reflects local pricing and value required to be competitive without sacrificing on key elements of service and quality. When you buy from us you can expect: -
